Following the success of Shrek JR. and Disney's Moana JR. at the National Arts Festival, the Sonwa Sakuba Institute for the Performing Arts (SSIPA) proudly presents Disney's Aladdin JR.—a magical adventure filled with unforgettable characters, spectacular music, and limitless imagination.


Based on the beloved Disney classic, Aladdin JR. follows the journey of a street-smart young dreamer who discovers a magic lamp, an all-powerful Genie, and the courage to be himself. Set in the bustling city of Agrabah, this vibrant musical is packed with humour, heart, and beloved songs that have captivated audiences around the world.


Brought to life by a talented cast of young performers, the production showcases the creativity, dedication, and artistry of SSIPA's next generation of theatre-makers. Through dynamic storytelling, energetic choreography, and live musical performance, these young artists demonstrate the transformative power of the performing arts and the extraordinary potential of youth.
